These terms provide general information about the use of Stud Manager and its subscription service.
Stud Manager is software for maintaining livestock records. Features may include animal identification, breeding and pedigree information, pregnancy and due-date records, health records, weights, movements, sales, photos, RFID workflows and import/export tools.
The current advertised subscription price is N$90 per month. The price and available payment methods may change in future, with updated information provided before a new purchase is made.
Android subscriptions are currently processed through Google Play and are subject to the applicable Google Play payment, cancellation and refund processes.
A Windows subscription-payment option is being prepared. Until it is publicly available, existing subscribers may contact Stud Manager for Windows access and installation assistance.
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through the payment platform used to purchase the subscription. Access may continue until the end of the applicable paid period, depending on the payment platform's rules and the account's subscription status.
Refund requests for purchases processed by a third-party payment platform are handled according to that platform's applicable rules and procedures. For payment or access problems, contact Stud Manager support.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of livestock information entered into the app and for maintaining appropriate independent records where required for regulatory, veterinary, breeding, financial or business purposes.
Stud Manager is a record-management tool. Information shown by the app does not replace professional veterinary, legal, financial or regulatory advice.
We may update the software, correct errors, add or remove features and change platform requirements as the service develops. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or third-party service issues.
